The Truckee Tahoe Airport District is seeking to recruit a highly motivational and strategically minded individual to fill the role as our next Director of Operations and Maintenance. This position has broad management authority for the day-to-day operations of the Operations and Maintenance Department. The ideal candidate should have the ability to develop, plan and implement department goals and objectives directly related to District Strategic Plan, administer policies and procedures as they relate to Operations and Maintenance Department activities, and be a skilled leader with the ability to motivate and develop staff as well as function as part of the District's executive leadership team.
